A Chicago man is facing murder charges after fatally shooting an innocent man. Jaquel Foots, 20, is accused of shooting a store clerk in the head for refusing to share his blunt, according to Chicago Tribune.
Arsennial Allen, 28, was reportedly smoking a blunt outside a store in South Side Chicago when Foots approached him and asked if he could get a hit of his blunt.
Allen turned down Foots’ request and was immediately shot. The heinous crime was caught on surveillance camera.
Allen was taken in critical condition to Advocate Christ Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
Foots is being held on $2 million bail.
