When two officers brought a man into police headquarters for outstanding traffic warrants, they expected to find a number of other violations on his record. What they didn’t expect to find was 100 bags of heroin concealed within his anus.
It all started when New Yorkers 32 year-old Rasoul Speight and passenger Gary Sylak, 26 were pulled over for a routine traffic check while driving on the Palisades Interstate Parkway.
The officers smelled marijuana when Speight opened his window and then received permission to search the vehicle. They didn’t find anything but a background check revealed outstanding traffic warrants for both Speight and Sylak.
Shit started getting even more suspicious when Speight was also discovered to be a member of the Bloods street gang. Police then began conducting a body cavity search and after finding a syringe and spoon inside Sylak’s jacket, police then pulled 100 bags of heroin out of Rasoul Speight’s ass.
He is the first man in history to have that much heroin hidden in a single body cavity.
Both Sylak and Speight were charged with possession of heroin with intent to sell and tampering with evidence. The street value of 100 heroin bags is said to be somewhere around $2,000.
