50 Cent is heading to court as a result of some of the actions he took in 2009. During his beef with Rick Ross, Fif released a sex tape featuring Lastonia Leviston, the mother of Ross’ child, and her ex-boyfriend Maurice Murray. According to court documents, Fif obtained the tape from Maurice Murray. The rapper then edited the clip adding his own narrative.
Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Paul Wooten denied the G-Unit honcho’s request of an October trial date, so the trial is now scheduled for June with jury selection will begin on May 26. Lastonia Leviston, who sued 50 in 2010 for emotional distress, will be questioned during during the hearing as well the rapper.
