Jay-Z is now officially a licensed NBA agent after he sold his share of part ownership of the Brooklyn Nets. According to Sports Business Journal, a Roc Nation Sports spokesperson confirmed the news.
It’s still unclear on when Hov can start representing athletes, but it’s speculated that he will be able to sign players as long as he agrees to pass off his share of the Nets in the near future. Since announcing his new role as an agent Jay-Z has signed Skylar Diggins, Robinson Cano, and Geno Smith.
