17-year-old Michael Pinto, of central New York, is now hospitalized after falling off of a 30-foot cliff into a riverbed.
He had been running from cops that raided a house party that he was attending in Deerfield.
He allegedly ran through the woods and then continued to run off the cliff.
Officials say that he has been taken off of the critical condition list and upgraded to fair condition at the Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse.
Police were reporting to a one-car crash when they came across the house that obviously had a large amount of underage kids drinking and partying.
