When we first learned that Ray J would be releasing “I Hit It First,” we were in disbelief. Could someone really be that thirsty? Sadly, the answer is yes.
On the record, Ray J gets straight to the point with a hook that completely lacks subtlety: “She might move on to rappers and ballplayers/But we all know I hit it first,” Ray J sings.
Ray J goes as far as calling out Kanye West by name and bragging about his sexual exploits with Kim!
The most intriguing part of the record is when Ray J attempts to turn his a diss song into a love song. “And if you would’ve come back to me girl I know just how you do me.”
Sorry Ray J, but Kim isn’t coming back anytime soon.
