A 25-year-old man in New Mexico faces a slew of charges after police say he was having sex with a woman while driving drunk when he crashed into another vehicle.
Luis Briones crashed into a westbound car after running a red light on the 2600 block of Pennsylvania Northeast in Albuquerque, throwing his naked passenger and sexual partner out of his Ford Explorer.
On Monday night, Briones was discovered with one shoe on and his shorts on inside-out after the wreck, according to The Daily Mail.
A witness grabbed the key from the ignition before Briones attempted to flea the scene.
The female passenger of his vehicle was found naked on the pavement and was taken to the hospital to be treated for deep cuts on her face and head.
She is said to be in stable condition.
Briones is now facing nine charges, including aggravated DWI, reckless driving and evading police.
Let’s just say that’s going to be one hell of a hangover for Mr. Briones.
