Life is good if you’re an Auburn Tigers fan, or better yet an Auburn Tigers player, right now. But life is REALLY good if you’re Chris Davis. He’s the guy who returned the 109-yard missed field goal to take down no. 1 Alabama in one of the wildest games of all time.
But while he may be all over ESPN with his signature play being played over and over again, he’s just a regular college kid who’s getting no money for this. I think it’s time we start paying these student athletes.
While surely everybody’s been hitting him up nonstop, Chris took to his Twitter account to give us some insight as to how his days are going. If getting a standing ovation from your Geology class isn’t a sign that you’re a God on campus, then nothing is.
Just imagine how turnt up this kid’s been getting since their big win. He’s going to ace every class from now on after putting his team on like that, and the groupie love? You better believe it’s at an all time high. Well deserved, kid!
