Well, this is certainly one way to pay those pesky student loans.
A 27-year-old Australian woman who claims to be a student at one of America’s top medical schools has set up a website to auction her virginity. The woman, who is using an Australian agent to avoid breaking U.S. prostitution laws, hopes to net at least $400,000 from the bidding.
The woman, going by the pseudonym Elizabeth Raine, says on her website she’s 5 feet 10 inches, 130 pounds, and measures 34A-26-36. It’s not known what she looks like because all her photos feature a gold banner covering her face, although she clearly has blonde hair and claims to have green eyes.
The auction kicks off on April Fools’ Day; however, Raine’s publicist, Siobhanne Sweeney, told the Huffington Post in an email that the chosen date was an unintended coincidence.
“The date was picked based on the fact it is the first day of the month and we didn’t even think about April Fools’ as it is not something big here in Australia,” Sweeney said. “It was also based around Liz’s med school exams and to make sure we had gained enough interest for it to be a successful auction.”
The winning bidder will get a “sensual 12-hour date” that will transform Raine “from virgin to thot.”
