In the wake of her recent surprise album release, Beyoncé yet again showed us how awesome she is when visiting the Tewksbury Walmart before her concert at TD Garden.
She walked throughout the store, greeting people as she bought presents for her own daughter, Blue Ivy Carter. Obviously, the entire store was abuzz with everyone following and trying to get as many camera-phone pictures of her as possible.
The most admirable part of her visit, though, was when she got on the store’s intercom and announced that the first $50 of everyone’s purchase was on her.
You’d think a Walmart SuperCenter would have a lot of people shopping, and it did. The bill racked up to $37,500 but Beyonce seemed more than happy to pay for it.
