Funny man Kevin Hart was arrested over the weekend for DUI. Hart was pulled over for driving recklessly and almost crashing into a truck.
California Highway Patrol Officer Ed Jacobs says Hart appeared intoxicated when he was pulled over before dawn Sunday on Highway 101 in Los Angeles.
Hart was then given a field sobriety test which he failed. He was then booked with a a misdemeanor DUI and held with a $5,000 bond.
A female was with Hart at the time of the incident but she was sent home in a taxi. No word on whether Hart was smashing.
Usually Hart is getting himself into all kinds of funny situations but after getting arrested for DUI he definitely is not laughing.
