Catching up with Chalamagne Tha God, DJ Envy and Angela Yee, Dave East discusses trying new things musically on the new EP, why other artists gravitate towards him, and new records he’s recorded with Drake that are on the way.
The East Harlem also spoke on having partnerships with both Mass Appeal and Def Jam Records, his relationship with Nas being bigger than a music contract, purposely making a radio friendly record with Chris Brown, slowly stepping into modelling, acting, dealing with his celebrity and people asking for handouts, and rumors of him dating Christina Milian after the two have been spotted out together various times.
