Typically after suffering an injury on Sunday, players are set to get a MRI on Monday. However, in the case of Dez Bryant, the Dallas Cowboys scheduled his MRI for Tuesday since the team was off Monday.
Nonetheless, Bryant missed team meeting Tuesday and showed up late for his MRI. Therefore, Bryant had to take his MRI today and the results were a hairline fracture of the tibial plateau on his right knee.
This injury normally forces players to miss 1-3 weeks.
For his tardiness, Bryant was fined by the team, but the amount hasn’t been revealed.
