Vyacheslav Oliynyk Is a former Olympic gold medalist and he was pulled over on suspicion of DUI after celebrating his 50th birthday last week. What ensued was a crazy brawl with police, him getting pepper sprayed and a wrestling match with a group of other cops.
You may notice that there’s no mention of this man being shot. If this doesn’t scream policemen being threatened or fearing for their lives, what does?
I’m glad no one was seriously injured in this ordeal but it’d be great if all citizens were afforded this luxury. If this had occured in the United States it probably would’ve went differently for all involved.
