What’s better than a goal in soccer? That’s right – a flying kick to the head! Now that should be worth two points! While we’ve seen it done only a handful of times, none quite compare to this recent kick that went down in Peru.
A player from Alianza Universidad received a red card just 13 minutes into the game after executing a perfectly timed and angled kick to the face of an athlete from Deportivo Municipal. Face meets bottom of cleat in what is one of the worst collisions in sports. Check it out below.
If the first thing that came to your mind wasn’t “FINISH HIM!,” then you really ain’t sh*t. Sure it was a dirty move, but the amount of fortitude and recklessness that this kick requires is truly admirable.
