With the nation torn over the recent police brutality towards young black men, it’s safe to say we could all use a more positive image of the youth today. Thankfully, veteran rapper Jadakiss took to his Instagram account this morning to provide us with the pick-me-up we were looking for.
The D-Block general proudly posted a picture of his son Jaewon wearing the colors of Clark Atlanta University, revealing his collegiate destination this fall. Kiss accompanied the photo with a heartwarming message.
“I’m Happy and sad at the same time! Today is the day my lil man is leaving the nest to begin his college career,”
the Yonkers-bred lyricist captioned his photo, along with the hashtags #goodkid#athinkerlikehisdad#he’ll be aight.
