Following last month’s shooting hoax at the property that resulted in a full search by a SWAT team and media coverage, Lil Wayne is reportedly selling his mansion in Miami for $18 million. Wayne copped the waterfront property back in 2011 for around $11 million and actually lived there during his time in the city, while also holding on to properties in New Orleans and elsewhere.
According to the Miami New Times, one of the renovations that he made to the property over the past four years is a rooftop skate park with a bowl and half-pipe that could be seen in the footage captured by news helicopters during the hoax. Another notable features are the nine bedrooms, ten bathrooms, sky terraces, separate three-bedroom guest house, and the two-level master suite was a private glass elevator.
