Twenty-five days before the release of his debut album, Dreams and Nightmares, Maybach Music Group’s Meek Mill has pushed back the project from it’s initial August 28 release to a later date in October, reports HHW.
HHS1987.com has learned that the push back maybe due to Meek waiting on a verse from Mr. Marcy Projects himself.
Meek’s MMG boss Rick Ross told Power 105.1′s The Breakfast Club on August, “He coming soon, he coming real soon. He’s still putting the final touches on his debut, making sure it’s a classic, and that’s most definitely what it will be.”
The inevitable release of Dreams and Nightmares, will come on the heels of a successful year for Meek Mill whose last project, Dreamchasers 2, was reportedly downloaded over three million times since its release in May. After 10 weeks on Billboards’ “Hip-Hop/R&B” chart, Meek’s most recent single, “Amen,” currently sits at the #10.
