On Dek artist Quilly releases the official video for “Letter To Haines Street” directed by Chop Mosley. For those who don’t know, Quilly formerly known as Quilly Millz is from Haines & Morton located in the Germantown section of Philadelphia. The Moncler mascot dedicated an entire song to his neighborhood and friends who he grew up with in this song. It’s only right he shoot the visual in the hood that made him who he is.
