The Penn State Nittany Lions may be barred from bowl contention, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t still home to some of the rowdiest fans. There’s nothing like playing at Beaver Stadium, especially when the students have their White Out.

B1G conference players have spoken and they all agree — Happy Valley is the hardest place to play. Quite the title, especially for a school who has lost a load of scholarships and prowess since being rocked by the Sandusky scandal. Here’s what the rival players had to say about Beaver Stadium’s decibel levels:

“When they have that White Out, it feels like it’s you against the world. It’s so hard to hear there.” “Just the noise. It’s such a tall stadium, it’s really intimidating.” “I’ve never heard a stadium that loud.” “That’s probably the loudest stadium I’ve played in.”
PSU still turns out some of the livest games, regardless of their current situation, giving schools more than they can handle when going head-to-head. It’s safe to call the Lions the most turnt up school in the nation.
