A few users have reported a Red light that glows across their Playstation 4 system. Many feared this was the equivalent to the yellow light of death or red ring of death similar to the last generation systems. It has been reported that the red light across the ps4 is not a hardware failure. If you boot your ps4 up and you see a red light it means your system is simply overheated and needs time to cool down.
