Already top-heavy with plenty of special releases, this Independence Day will see another from Jordan Brand, a pair of Air Jordan 14 in colorway Black, Vibrant Yellow, and White. Simply known as the Air Jordan 14 “Thunder”, this new addition signifies two important milestone in the Jumpman label’s history. First, of course, is the hugely popular Air Jordan 4 “Thunder”, the 2006 release that fetches around $1000 on the re-sell market today. The other is the Air Jordan 14 model itself, the last of the Air Jordans wore by MJ himself before his second retirement from the game as a Chicago Bull. In a lush mix of suede and leather, the Air Jordan 14 “Thunder” only gives a few hints of the Vibrant Yellow accents on an otherwise all-black design. Now arriving at retailers, like the Atlanta-based WISH, the Air Jordan 14 “Thunder” will hit shelves starting next Friday, July 4th.
