This “Copper” colorway of the Air Jordan 17+ originally hit stores in 2002, during the inauspicious latter period of Michael Jordan’s career as a member of the Washington Wizards. While MJ wore the kicks during a lackluster season, the shoes themselves were fit for a champion, featuring faux croc leather overlays and copper hardware, along with a deluxe carrying case in lieu of the traditional cardboard packaging. Retailing for $250, the Air Jordan 17+ “Copper” is slated for an April 9th release.
