The latest release from Kevin Durant‘s signature line is the “Aunt Pearl” colorway, rendered with a speckled pink upper under a layer of purple flower graphics. The sneaker is named after KD’s late aunt who passed away after a battle with cancer. Along with the vibrant pink laces, the sock lining and bubblegum pink outsole complement the overall palette of the silhouette. The streamlined profile of the shoe is further underscored by the over-extended heel that continues upwards into a heel cage from the stark white midsole. The latest “Aunt Pearl” KD is set to drop on February 22 and will be available at select Nike Basketball retailers such as Wish ATL. All proceeds from sales will go to the Kay Yow cancer research fund.
