Trouble continues for the stand out Kentucky linebacker Jason Hatcher. Back in June of 2014, he was cited for marijuana possession and before the start of the 2015 season, he was suspended two games for violating team rules.
Hatcher was stopped early Monday morning and charged with trafficking marijuana. The official charge along with speeding, tampering with evidence, and drug paraphernalia, was for trafficking marijuana, his first offense, 8oz to < 5lbs, which in Kentucky can carry anywhere from 1-5 years in prison and at max a $10,000 fine. If he had more marijuana in the car, the penalty could jump up to 20 years in prison.
