This “Twinsanity” is absurdly bizarre. I’m not sure how that differs from something that is both absurd and bizarre, or something that is bizarrely absurd, but I’m pretty sure that all of those constructions apply to this high school basketball team.
The Allerdice Dragons (the alma mater of both Wiz Khalifa and Mac Miller) are 10-2 and first in the Pittsburgh City high school conference, largely due to the collected efforts of four sets of twins on roster. Of the 15 members of the team, only 7 do not have a twin brother for a teammate.
Javaughn and Davaugh Moultrie, Timmy and Jimmy Jackson, as well as Kenny and Keith Robinson are all identical twins, while Juwan and Jalen Ledbetter are the set of fraternal twins.
Coach Buddy Valinsky has his work cut out for him, because in addition to being a role model and teaching basketball schemes he also has the impossible task of trying to give his feedback to the right person.
Dealing with “Twinsanity” must be like the most ridiculous game of real life Guess Who? ever. And he has to do it in real time, while giving tactical adjustments and whatnot. As challenging as it is for him, imagine being the poor defenders who have to try and remember the scouting report?
