A photo of Tamerlan Tsarnaev’s dead body has leaked, showing incredible trauma all over his upper body and face.
The extremely graphic image shows multiple bullet wounds, a purplish color on his face and shoulder, and huge chunks of flesh missing on his side.
The discoloration in his face and shoulder could be from when his brother Dzhokhar Tsarnaev allegedly ran him over with an SUV.
Tamerlan died during a gunfight with police last night. The cause of death is unknown, as Tamerlan was strapped with an explosive device that may have detonated, or he could’ve died from the gunshot wounds.
