Two brothers are charged with assaulting police officers, but they claim they are the real victims and have the proof: the entire incident was caught on tape.
20-year-old Tywonn Mitchell and Naybon Moore, 26, were driving to a Detroit restaurant back in May. They say that’s when the Detroit PD began profiling them, tailing their car. After arriving at the restaurant and going inside, the cops soon parked and also entered the establishment. They then demanded to see their IDs. That’s when all hell broke loose.
